Some of our specialties include: disordered eating, chronic dieting, diabetes, gastrointestinal issues, and heart disease. Our individualized nutrition counseling can give you the tools to make this happen!

We work with clients struggling with: eating disorders (anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, diabulimia, orthorexia, disordered eating, compulsive exercise/dieting), diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, renal disease, cardiovascular disease, food allergies/sensitivities, weight management (loss and gain), and general nutrition.

Our Mission

Our mission is to serve others to help them realize their fullest health potential without the use of unnecessary medications or surgeries. We practice Functional Medicine, a biology-based approach to healthcare that focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of one’s disease. It treats the whole person, not just the symptoms of disease. We provide our clients with the tools and support needed on their wellness journey so that they, in turn may educate their family, friends and community.

Taylor Wilson Dietitian Nutritionist

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition Science. I work with clients to create lasting lifestyle habits that help to achieve weight and body composition goals, optimize energy levels, enhance exercise/athletic performance, and improve overall quality of life from the inside-out. So what differentiates me from other nutrition experts? I strive to make your wellness journey enjoyable and goals easier to obtain with realistic steps. I will provide step by step guidance that fits into your busy schedule, not the other way around! I promote sustainability by working with you to establish an individualized nutrition plan. After all no two people are the same, why should your nutrition be? I began my professional career as an auditor at an international public accounting firm, traveling all over the country. My personal health suffered from 15 hour workdays, lack of sleep and an overflow of stress. I spent my nights and weekends reading about health & wellness to not only better myself, but also the ones I care about.
