I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition Science. I work with clients to create lasting lifestyle habits that help to achieve weight and body composition goals, optimize energy levels, enhance exercise/athletic performance, and improve overall quality of life from the inside-out.
